LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO DO WORK THAT DOES NOT MATTER TO YOU
I will never forget when I read the statement from above because it was the most honest and eye-opening comment anyone has ever shared with me before.
It was actually sent via email from a friend of mine who had invited me to an event that he was hosting called a Business Opportunity Meeting, and I had declined at least 3-4 invitations.
The irony of my decision not to participate was that I complained daily about my 9-5 desk job which left me feeling captive and worthless.
I remember getting sick on Sunday thinking about the next day.
I remember envisioning all week what I would do at 5:01pm on a Friday.
I remember using every vacation and sick day that was allocated to me.
And through all of my pain and frustration, I ignored my friend at least 3-4x before finally coming to my senses and attending this event.
ALL I CAN SAY IS - DON’T WAIT!
- People in the room were on fire.
- People in the room were abundant.
- People in the room wanted to help.
- People in the room were inspired.
I wish I attended this event, Business Opportunity Meeting, sooner in my life as I was exposed to an entirely new way of thinking.
Where the once impossible was within reach, where the unimaginable because possible, and where captivity was replaced with freedom.
